Lead Information Security Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead offensive security testing in a purple team capacity to aid security content development and validate detection workflows
• Lead computer security incident response activities for highly complex events
• Conduct technical investigations and post-incident digital forensics to identify root causes and mitigation strategies
• Design, test, and maintain complex security solutions related to networking, cloud, cryptography, and endpoint security
• Perform adversary emulation and detection testing to inform detection refinement and operational maturity
• Collaborate with Cyber Defense Management teams to validate detections and response workflows in production environments
• Identify security vulnerabilities, perform risk assessments, and evaluate remediation alternatives

Requirements

• 5+ years of Information Security Engineering experience
• Experience in incident response or vulnerability management
• Knowledge of offensive security and adversary TTPs
• Experience with digital forensics and malware protection

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong experience in information security monitoring, host/network forensics, or cyber threat intelligence
• Certifications such as GIAC, OSCP, OSWP, OSCE, OSEE, or OSWE
• Knowledge of data security controls including firewalls, IDS, encryption, and log management
• Understanding of the banking or financial services industry
