Lead Information Security Engineer - Python Full Stack Developer

Responsibilities

• Lead computer security incident response activities for highly complex events and conduct technical investigations.
• Design, document, and maintain complex security solutions related to networking, cryptography, cloud, and endpoint security.
• Develop mission-critical Python services ensuring high availability and low latency performance.
• Lead the design of Kafka-based data backbones to ensure data integrity and scalability.
• Standardize code deployment patterns, including Blue-Green and Canary deployments, via enterprise CI/CD pipelines.
• Build and manage unified monitoring strategies using Grafana and Prometheus for deep visibility into data flows.
• Collaborate with data science teams to transition experimental ML models into robust production services.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Information Security Engineering experience.
• Expert-level knowledge of Python internals, concurrency (Asyncio/Multiprocessing), and high-performance application building.
• Proven expertise in designing and governing enterprise-grade CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab, or Azure DevOps).
• Extensive hands-on experience with Apache Kafka, including cluster tuning and event-driven architectures.
• Deep experience with Grafana and Prometheus for full-stack observability and complex alerting logic.
• Strong understanding of SQL, data modeling, and ETL/ELT pipelines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Software Engineering, Data Engineering, or backend architecture.
• Knowledge of the end-to-end ML life cycle and deployment frameworks like BentoML, Ray, or KServe.
• Familiarity with Terraform, Pulumi, and container orchestration tools such as Kubernetes or EKS.
