Lead Infant/Toddler Teacher

Responsibilities

• Plan and facilitate engaging learning experiences using Kïdo’s curriculum
• Provide responsive care and manage a dynamic classroom environment
• Build meaningful relationships with children and families through daily communication
• Foster a nurturing, inspiring preschool environment
• Collaborate closely with fellow teachers as part of a supportive teaching team

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Experience teaching in a licensed preschool setting
• At least 18 years of age
• Lead Teacher Qualified per state of IL regulations

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
• Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential
• 5–10 years of teaching experience in a licensed childcare program
• 2–3 years of experience in a Montessori school setting
• Fluency in Spanish and English
