Responsibilities
- Plan and facilitate engaging learning experiences using Kïdo’s curriculum
- Provide responsive care and manage a dynamic classroom environment
- Build meaningful relationships with children and families through daily communication
- Foster a nurturing, inspiring preschool environment
- Collaborate closely with fellow teachers as part of a supportive teaching team
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Experience teaching in a licensed preschool setting
- At least 18 years of age
- Lead Teacher Qualified per state of IL regulations
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
- Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential
- 5–10 years of teaching experience in a licensed childcare program
- 2–3 years of experience in a Montessori school setting
- Fluency in Spanish and English
