Responsibilities

  • Support and implement engaging, age-appropriate activities that align with Kido’s curriculum
  • Foster a warm, inclusive classroom environment that encourages exploration, confidence, and creativity
  • Work collaboratively with the teaching team to ensure smooth classroom transitions and consistent communication
  • Maintain accurate records of attendance and daily updates
  • Follow school policies and procedures while ensuring adherence to all safety and licensing standards
  • Build strong, positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues

Requirements

  • Previous experience working with young children, ideally in an early childhood program
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work Monday–Friday
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Patience, creativity, and a nurturing approach
