About the role
Responsibilities
- Support and implement engaging, age-appropriate activities that align with Kido’s curriculum
- Foster a warm, inclusive classroom environment that encourages exploration, confidence, and creativity
- Work collaboratively with the teaching team to ensure smooth classroom transitions and consistent communication
- Maintain accurate records of attendance and daily updates
- Follow school policies and procedures while ensuring adherence to all safety and licensing standards
- Build strong, positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
Requirements
- Previous experience working with young children, ideally in an early childhood program
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work Monday–Friday
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Patience, creativity, and a nurturing approach
