Lead Infant Teacher

Responsibilities

• Observe each child to support physical, emotional, and cognitive development
• Respect and follow natural rhythms for sleeping, eating, and toileting
• Prepare and maintain an orderly environment that fosters exploration
• Support independence by encouraging participation in care activities
• Build meaningful relationships with children and families
• Partner with parents to support child growth
• Lead and collaborate with classroom team members

Requirements

• Experience working with children ages 0–3 in group care
• ECE or Child Development credits
• Bachelor’s degree in any field
• Alignment with child-led educational philosophies
• Interest in pursuing Montessori certification
