Lead Industrialization Engineer

Responsibilities

• Act as the lead for bringing new products to life on the factory floor by defining and refining SOPs
• Lead Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and Site Acceptance Testing (SAT) for new machine arrivals
• Manage the technical lifecycle of the LightSpray fleet, including machine updates and retrofits
• Serve as the onsite expert for troubleshooting and continuous improvement using SPC/PFMEA
• Organize spare part management and define maintenance SOPs to safeguard machine longevity
• Train operators and technical teams within partner organizations to build operational capability
• Translate local learnings into global standards and scalable playbooks for rapid replication

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Material, or Mechatronics Engineering, or equivalent technical apprenticeship
• 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment (injection moulding or thermoplastic processing preferred)
• Hands-on experience in production ramp-up, machine deployment, and FAT/SAT processes
• Experience in equipment qualification (IQ/OQ/PQ) and process validation (Cpk/Ppk)
• Practical application of Lean Six Sigma or continuous improvement methodologies
• Ability to travel approximately 20–40% to manufacturing partner locations
