Lead In-Home Caregiver

Responsibilities

• Support clients with activities of daily living including cooking, bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Assist with household chores such as cleaning and laundry
• Drive clients to appointments or shopping
• Provide companionship and engage in everyday activities
• Monitor and report on client conditions
• Act as an experienced professional to cover critical shifts, fill-ins, and new client setups
• Support and train peers as needed

Requirements

• One year of experience in home care, AFH, hospital, or nursing home settings
• High school diploma or GED
• Reliable transportation with valid driver's license and auto insurance
• Ability to pass required background checks
• Must be 18+ years of age
• Ability to comply with COVID-19 vaccine mandates for healthcare facility work
• Dependable and trustworthy nature

Preferred Qualifications
