Lead In Home Caregiver

Responsibilities

• Support clients with activities of daily living including cleaning, laundry, and dishes
• Cook and serve meals
• Assist clients with bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Provide companionship through daily activities and hobbies
• Transport clients for errands or appointments using personal vehicle
• Assist with gait belt or Hoyer transfers
• Monitor and report on client condition
• Cover critical shifts including fill-ins, new clients, and training shifts for new caregivers

Requirements

• Active state CNA, HCA, or NAC license
• 18 years of age or older
• One year of experience in home care, AFH, hospital, or nursing home setting
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and clean driving record
• Ability to pass state and national background checks
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs
• Smartphone with ability to use AxisCare app
• Current valid CEs if applying as an HCA in WA

Preferred Qualifications

• Nurse Delegation certification
