Lead In-Home Caregiver

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation
• Perform household chores such as cleaning, laundry, and dishes
• Provide companionship and engage clients in daily activities and hobbies
• Assist with safe transfers using gait belts, hoyer lifts, and sit-to-stands as needed
• Drive clients to appointments and errands; monitor and report on client condition
• Provide transportation and lead care for clients in Airway Heights and surrounding areas

Requirements

• 18 years or older
• Active Washington state CNA or HCA license
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and clean driving record
• Ability to lift a minimum of 10 lbs and up to 50 lbs rarely
• Own a smartphone capable of downloading and using a mobile app
• Pass state and national background checks
• Available Tuesday through Saturday, 8am to 6pm
