About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own high-complexity onboarding projects with ERP integrations for SMB and Enterprise customers
  • Coordinate multiple stakeholder groups including finance leaders, IT teams, and external consultants
  • Design advanced setups and complex customizations for Travel and Spend products
  • Apply financial expertise to onboard Invoice modules and help customers adopt workflows
  • Coordinate internal and external technical teams to ensure smooth integration delivery
  • Resolve escalations proactively and mentor junior Implementation team members

Requirements

  • 3–4+ years of experience in customer-facing roles
  • At least 2 years of proven experience in project management or implementation
  • Solid technical or finance acumen
  • Strong communication and stakeholder alignment skills
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with SSO, HRIS, SCIM, ERP, or CRM integrations
  • Background in consulting, finance, or technical implementation
  • Experience with Spend Management solutions or ERP implementation
  • Proficiency in English
