About the role
Responsibilities
- Own high-complexity onboarding projects with ERP integrations for SMB and Enterprise customers
- Coordinate multiple stakeholder groups including finance leaders, IT teams, and external consultants
- Design advanced setups and complex customizations for Travel and Spend products
- Apply financial expertise to onboard Invoice modules and help customers adopt workflows
- Coordinate internal and external technical teams to ensure smooth integration delivery
- Resolve escalations proactively and mentor junior Implementation team members
Requirements
- 3–4+ years of experience in customer-facing roles
- At least 2 years of proven experience in project management or implementation
- Solid technical or finance acumen
- Strong communication and stakeholder alignment skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with SSO, HRIS, SCIM, ERP, or CRM integrations
- Background in consulting, finance, or technical implementation
- Experience with Spend Management solutions or ERP implementation
- Proficiency in English
