Lead, Implementation Services

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders and BSAs to identify automation opportunities and define solution requirements.
• Design and implement end-to-end automation solutions using AI, RPA, workflow, and low-code technologies.
• Lead solution delivery from discovery through deployment, ensuring quality, scalability, and operational readiness.
• Build and maintain intelligent orchestration capabilities to coordinate work across systems and platforms.
• Troubleshoot complex technical and process challenges to ensure long-term solution sustainability.
• Drive user adoption through documentation, training, knowledge transfer, and ongoing support.
• Collaborate with engineers, product teams, and business partners to deliver measurable operational outcomes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in solution architecture, automation, or digital transformation.
• Experience with Generative AI and intelligent automation.
• Proficiency in RPA and low-code/no-code platforms.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and manage complex stakeholder environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience implementing enterprise-scale AI-enabled solutions.
• Experience with orchestration frameworks and workflow solutions.
• Strong ability to drive exceptional user experiences.
