Lead Implementation Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Implementation Managers while acting as a player-coach on strategic customer implementations.
• Define and execute implementation strategies for complex customer deployments, managing risks, dependencies, and escalations.
• Act as a trusted advisor to customer stakeholders, ensuring they realize the full value of the Highspot platform.
• Design solutions, develop project plans, and ensure successful, on-time delivery and launch of SaaS solutions.
• Drive operational excellence through project governance, forecasting, resource planning, and utilization management.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to drive customer outcomes and influence product evolution.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Professional Services, Enterprise Software Implementation, Consulting, or Solution Delivery.
• 3–5 years of people management experience leading customer-facing teams.
• Proven track record of leading complex enterprise SaaS implementations involving multiple workstreams and executive stakeholders.
• Deep knowledge of implementation methodologies, project governance, and risk management.
• Strong ability to build trusted executive relationships and influence customer outcomes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree is required (STEM field preferred).
