Lead II, Risk Management, Supply Chain

Responsibilities

• Identify, assess, and monitor key operational risks across the global supply chain.
• Define and maintain the operational resilience framework, including risk taxonomy, governance, and escalation paths.
• Own Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) and early warning signals to provide visibility into emerging risks.
• Drive countermeasures and risk reduction actions to improve recovery readiness and continuity of operations.
• Reduce footprint and supply risk through cross-site qualification strategies, resilient sourcing, and network strategies.
• Escalate material risks to the Operations Leadership Team with clear business impact and recommended actions.
• Lead scenario-based risk reviews and resilience planning to validate readiness for potential disruptions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Business, Risk Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in operations, supply chain, manufacturing, business continuity, or risk management within a global manufacturing environment.
• Experience in the semiconductor industry or equivalent high-tech complex manufacturing.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and drive measurable improvements.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with strong attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification in relevant Risk or Business Continuity Planning practices (e.g., ISO 31000, ISO 22301).
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to influence senior leadership.
• Proven project management capability with a track record of leading cross-functional teams.
