Lead Identity Access Administrator

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and administer enterprise identity systems and user lifecycle processes
• Manage identities, applications, and automations within Okta
• Define and maintain access control standards, role models, and entitlement structures
• Own identity platforms including IDP, PAM, and IGA to manage development and operational overhead
• Partner with compliance and audit teams to support access certifications and SOX/ISO controls
• Build and document access policies to meet departmental and organizational needs
• Provide technical SME insight and operational support for all tiers in the IAM organization

Requirements

• BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering, or an equivalent field
• 5+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM)
• Proven experience with audit and compliance processes
• Relevant IAM/IGA certifications (e.g., Okta Certified Professional)
• Deep understanding of access control models such as RBAC and ABAC

Preferred Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional IAM experience
• Experience developing and implementing identity systems like PAM and IGA
• Familiarity with Okta, Office 365, and Slack
