Lead I, Product Sourcing

Responsibilities

• Ensure New Product Introduction (NPI) programs meet timelines through supplier onboarding, commercial execution, and cost management
• Perform demand and supply analysis to identify gaps, risks, and backlogs for management visibility
• Lead end-to-end execution of shortage review meetings and facilitate executive-level sessions
• Drive investigation and resolution of urgent sourcing escalations by analyzing SAP history and procurement records
• Lead supplier negotiations in alignment with project requirements and cost targets
• Coordinate supplier qualification activities with Engineering, Quality, and Operations teams
• Support cost-saving initiatives and manage cost increase reporting and approval processes

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain within high-tech or industrial manufacturing
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems, specifically SAP
• Proven ability to manage time-critical issues and drive resolution in complex environments
• Excellent communication skills suitable for executive-level discussions

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting or leading NPI, service, or spares supply chains
• Experience facilitating executive meetings and managing cross-functional follow-ups
• Strong project coordination skills across multiple departments
• Financial discipline regarding cost initiatives and pricing alignment
