Lead I - Operational Safety Training

Responsibilities

• Lead New Hire Orientation for associates on the assigned day shift
• Create, standardize, and maintain all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Job Safety Analyses (JSAs)
• Conduct ongoing training needs assessments to identify gaps and opportunities
• Deliver operational and safety training with accuracy and consistency
• Maintain and manage a tracking system for all training records
• Perform follow-ups with trainers and trainees to verify understanding and execution
• Ensure all training materials and documentation meet company and regulatory requirements
• Support the site’s cross-training program and deliver annual compliance/refresher training
• Conduct performance observations and provide timely coaching and feedback
• Support root cause analysis and corrective action planning for training-related errors

Requirements

• Bilingual in English and Spanish (Required)
• Prior experience in training, facilitation, or operations
• High proficiency with Google Workspace and ability to learn digital tools
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and professional writing skills
• Ability to work with urgency, precision, and accountability in a deadline-driven environment
