Lead I&C Commissioning Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead the verification of plant equipment compliance with project contracts and specifications
• Provide functional direction and supervision to discipline engineers, technicians, and craft support
• Develop and manage startup packages, schedules, and detailed startup procedures
• Manage construction completion, turnover to startup, and final turnover to the client
• Perform thorough system walk-downs to establish completion status and identify outstanding items
• Act as the primary point-of-contact for all system functions through plant startup and operation
• Verify systems are installed per design and confirm design operational feasibility
• Record as-built engineering changes on drawings and ensure proper equipment testing per supplier requirements

Requirements

• OSHA 10 Hour Training certification
• Ability to perform physical labor in a construction environment, including lifting up to 50 pounds and working in varying temperature extremes
• Ability to work up to 12-hour shifts in a safety-sensitive position

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's of Engineering
• 5+ years of relevant startup experience
