Lead HVAC Technician

Responsibilities

• Lead HVAC system installations and ensure all work meets code compliance standards
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair HVAC systems with minimal supervision
• Lead and mentor a team of 2-3 apprentice HVAC technicians

Requirements

• EPA 608 Certification
• 8+ years of HVAC field experience
• Strong knowledge of HVAC system installation, repair, and troubleshooting
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to lift 50 pounds frequently
• Ability to climb ladders and work at heights of 20 feet or more
• Possession of all necessary tools to complete the work
• Full range of physical mobility for stooping, bending, kneeling, and squatting
