Lead HVAC Installer/Sheet Metal Fabricator

Responsibilities

• Install residential heating and cooling systems
• Fabricate transitions, plenums, offsets, and custom duct modifications in the field
• Perform equipment changeouts and complete full system installations
• Read and interpret installation layouts and plans
• Ensure all work meets company standards and local code requirements
• Maintain a clean and organized jobsite
• Communicate professionally with customers and team members
• Complete installation documentation and paperwork
• Assist in training and mentoring less experienced installers

Requirements

• Proven HVAC installation experience
• Extensive sheet metal fabrication experience
• Ability to fabricate transitions, plenums, and custom ductwork
• Valid driver's license and an insurable driving record
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
• Physical ability to lift and carry equipment and materials
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

• EPA Certification
