Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day operations of HVAC rough ins, ensuring adherence to plans, specifications, and safety standards
• Lead a team of technicians and apprentices, providing hands-on training and guidance
• Install new furnaces, air conditioners, duct work, line-sets, coils, exhausts, etc.
• Coordinate materials and equipment delivery, maintaining an organized and efficient job site
• Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction
• Promote company culture and hold team members accountable to safety requirements

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in the HVAC field
• Previous supervisory experience
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, installation methods, and relevant codes
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams
• Ability to lift above 50lbs regularly
• Physical ability to walk, lift, twist, and climb ladders for 90% of the day

Preferred Qualifications

• Journeyman HVAC certification
