Lead, Human Resources Business Partner

Responsibilities

• Align HR strategies with business objectives across the Maritime sector and Space & Mission Systems
• Serve as a strategic advisor and change agent to drive organizational effectiveness
• Lead strategic workforce planning, talent development, and retention initiatives
• Manage and resolve complex employee and labor relations issues with diplomacy
• Drive organizational change initiatives and facilitate communication across diverse stakeholder groups
• Leverage HR metrics and analytics to inform decision-making and measure initiative effectiveness
• Partner with Centers of Excellence (COEs) to implement integrated HR programs

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree with 9+ years of relevant experience, OR
• Graduate Degree with 7+ years of relevant experience, OR
• 13+ years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
• Experience leading cross-functional teams
• Proven project management experience managing complex initiatives

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in organizational design and development
• Background in manufacturing, aerospace, defense, or unionized environments
• Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP/SCP, PHR/SPHR)
• Experience with HR analytics and data-driven decision making
