Responsibilities
- Partner with business and HR leaders to execute contextual people strategies and global talent management models.
- Provide HR consulting and advisory to managers to improve leadership, team, and organizational effectiveness.
- Design and drive the engagement charter and proactive retention strategies for the business.
- Utilize data-driven insights to drive conversations and decisions with business leaders.
- Collaborate with Centers of Excellence (Rewards, OD, L&D) to evolve program design and operations.
- Drive a high-performance culture through the effective implementation of performance management systems.
- Manage attrition control strategies and oversee people development initiatives.
- Act as a custodian of the company's mission, vision, and values.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner (HRBP).
- Strong expertise in Human Resource Analytics and Insights.
- Proven business acumen with the ability to understand cross-functional operations and market trends.
- Exceptional stakeholder management, influence, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to analyze complex data and provide actionable recommendations.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Meticulous and organized approach to program execution and operational excellence.
