Responsibilities

• Provide quality, genuine hospitality and greet arriving parties with a welcoming attitude
• Manage, adjust, and cancel guest reservations
• Distribute menus and manage seating to ensure an optimal guest experience
• Handle guest inquiries and reservations via phone
• Ensure the restaurant is pristinely set for guest arrival
• Answer customer questions regarding food, drinks, and specials
• Inspire and educate front of house staff
• Act as the first line of communication for customer complaints or disputes
• Manage floorplans to ensure efficient service
• Adhere to all company safety and sanitation policies

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment
• Passion for food and delivering excellent dining experiences
• Energetic and genuine positive attitude
• Ability to multi-task and stay organized during busy service
• Highly service trained with the ability to lead others
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 10+ pounds repetitively
