Lead Hereditary Cancer Liaison

Responsibilities

• Promote RiskGuard and the precision oncology portfolio to grow business with existing and new accounts across the West Markets.
• Meet or exceed sales objectives through regular field-based meetings and call activity with customers.
• Develop and implement strategic tactical plans to maximize product utilization within assigned territories.
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with Genetic Counselors and healthcare providers.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities and revenue streams.
• Coordinate closely with Regional Oncology Liaisons and Specialists on inherited cancer testing opportunities.
• Manage territory data and client correspondence using Veeva CRM.
• Participate in industry trade shows and national genetic conferences as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field (Science, Business, Marketing, etc.) or 4 years of relevant experience.
• 5+ years of experience in hereditary cancer genetics.
• 1+ years of experience promoting healthcare products in partnership with commercial sales teams.
• Established professional relationships with Genetic Counselors and providers focused on hereditary cancer testing.
• Proven track record of success selling or promoting complex products in medical oncology or diagnostics.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time, including potential overnight and weekend travel.

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ year of direct sales experience within the healthcare industry.
• Proficiency with CRM applications, specifically Veeva.
