About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead electrical system design for wearable devices, including architecture, power management, and sensor integration
- Manage schematic design, PCB layout, bringup, and testing with internal teams and external partners
- Integrate audio, camera, wireless, and charging systems into compact, low-power form factors
- Drive technical trade-offs and component selection using data-driven strategies
- Mentor junior engineers and technical program managers
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or Physics
- 10+ years of experience in electrical engineering and system architecture
- Expertise in leading low-power consumer or medical electronic systems from concept to production
- Strong understanding of circuit fundamentals from low power analog to high speed signals
- Proficiency with Cadence schematic and layout tools
- Deep knowledge in subsystems such as acoustic, battery, power, or sensing
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience leading engineering teams in cross-functional, fast-paced environments
- Experience working with ODM teams for consumer electronics or medical devices
- Excellent technical documentation and presentation skills
