Lead Hardware Design Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical system design for wearable devices, including architecture, power management, and sensor integration
• Manage schematic design, PCB layout, bringup, and testing with internal teams and external partners
• Integrate audio, camera, wireless, and charging systems into compact, low-power form factors
• Drive technical trade-offs and component selection using data-driven strategies
• Mentor junior engineers and technical program managers

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or Physics
• 10+ years of experience in electrical engineering and system architecture
• Expertise in leading low-power consumer or medical electronic systems from concept to production
• Strong understanding of circuit fundamentals from low power analog to high speed signals
• Proficiency with Cadence schematic and layout tools
• Deep knowledge in subsystems such as acoustic, battery, power, or sensing

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience leading engineering teams in cross-functional, fast-paced environments
• Experience working with ODM teams for consumer electronics or medical devices
• Excellent technical documentation and presentation skills
