Lead Handyman/Lead Home Service Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform bathroom upgrades and light remodeling projects
• Complete drywall repair, patching, and caulking
• Handle general carpentry and handyman tasks
• Assist with flooring installation and kitchen repairs
• Conduct interior and exterior painting work
• Perform minor plumbing and electrical repairs
• Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards
• Maintain professionalism when interacting with clients

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant handyman or carpentry experience
• Own set of tools and a reliable vehicle
• Fluent in English with legal authorization to work in the U.S.
• Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening
