Lead Handyman/Home Service Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of residential handyman services including carpentry, tiling, flooring, painting, and drywall repair
• Execute light plumbing and electrical work
• Conduct home assessments and assist with project estimates
• Maintain a professional appearance and positive customer-facing demeanor
• Lead and support technicians as you grow into a leadership role
• Ensure all work meets quality and safety standards

Requirements

• 10+ year track record as a Carpenter or Craftsman
• Ability to perform minor electrical and plumbing work
• Ownership of a standard set of tools
• Ownership of a personal work truck
• Ability to pass a background check

Preferred Qualifications

• Estimation skills
• Prior home inspection experience
