Lead - Growth Marketing

Responsibilities

• Formulate and implement comprehensive growth marketing strategies aligned with business objectives in the MENA region.
• Design and execute user acquisition campaigns across digital platforms, including Google Ads, social media, and affiliate marketing.
• Manage and optimize paid advertising budgets across Google, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn to maximize ROI.
• Conduct conversion rate optimization (CRO) through A/B testing, personalization, and user experience enhancements.
• Leverage marketing automation tools to create personalized user journeys and nurture leads for retention and upsell opportunities.
• Utilize data analytics to measure KPIs, campaign effectiveness, and provide actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and customer success teams to align growth initiatives with product roadmaps.

Requirements

• 7 to 10 years of proven experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, and performance marketing.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
• Proficiency in managing paid advertising platforms such as Google Ads and Facebook Ads Manager.
• Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and various analytics platforms.
• Strong data analysis skills with the ability to interpret complex metrics to inform strategy.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to work effectively in a cross-functional environment.
• Fluency in English is essential.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with the MENA region's marketing landscape, cultural nuances, and consumer behavior.
• Proficiency in Arabic or other regional languages.
• Advanced degree in a relevant marketing or business discipline.
