Lead Growth Manager

Responsibilities

• Act as a force multiplier for the Payments, Lending, and Telco business units, driving GTM execution and operational strategy.
• Own project management for key deliverables including revenue analysis, QBRs, renewals, and RFPs.
• Support renewal strategies through sensitivity modeling, pricing analysis, and risk identification.
• Lead efforts to maintain rigorous pipeline hygiene and drive the weekly operating cadence.
• Partner with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Finance to ensure aligned execution and campaign performance.
• Identify process gaps and drive continuous improvement initiatives, including the implementation of AI tools and automation.
• Provide day-to-day leverage for pod leaders through prioritization and project tracking.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in consulting, investment banking, private equity, or another highly analytical role.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a demanding, high-performance environment.
• High attention to detail and a strong bias toward action.
