Responsibilities

• Lead the creation of UK-focused visual assets across marketing campaigns, social, web, and digital advertising
• Translate creative briefs into bold, conversion-focused visuals
• Produce short-form motion content and static assets to elevate brand presence
• Collaborate with UK content, video, and performance marketing teams
• Analyze performance data to iterate and scale high-performing visual directions
• Utilize AI tools like Midjourney, DALL·E, and Runway to enhance ideation and production
• Maintain UK brand templates and visual systems

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in graphic design, motion design, or creative content roles
• Strong portfolio demonstrating digital-first design and visual storytelling
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, After Effects, and Premiere Pro
• Experience with or strong curiosity about AI tools for creative production
• Strong sense of layout, composition, typography, and brand systems
• Ability to execute quickly under tight deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience producing short-form ads, social videos, or performance creatives
• Exposure to performance-driven design or high-growth startup environments
• Basic sound design or simple VFX skills
• Familiarity with scalable brand systems and templates
