Lead Graph Data Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and engineering of an enterprise graph database platform to strengthen fraud detection and claims insights
• Design, develop, and run tooling to discover and report data and application issues to leadership
• Review and analyze complex software enhancement initiatives for technical and operational improvements
• Make critical decisions in multi-faceted data engineering situations regarding software options and compliance
• Collaborate with internal partners to resolve highly risky data engineering challenges

Requirements

• 5+ years of Database Engineering experience
• 4+ years of experience with enterprise-scale data architecture and governance in hybrid or cloud environments
• 2+ years of experience with Graph database design (Neo4j or similar)
• Ability to work onsite in Iselin, NJ, Charlotte, NC, or Irving, TX

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Fraud Technology
• Strong technical background in PySpark, Spark, Hadoop, Hive, and ETL/ELT tools (Informatica, Ansible, etc.)
• Proficiency with SQL and NoSQL databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
