Lead, Global Facilities & Workplace Experience

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and manage the performance of the facilities and workplace experience team globally
• Develop long-term workplace strategy aligned with business growth and hybrid work models
• Oversee maintenance, safety, and efficiency of all global company office locations
• Lead global vendor negotiations for security, cleaning, food services, and other operations
• Manage facilities budgets, forecasts, and compliance with health and safety regulations
• Lead space planning, office moves, and renovations
• Partner with People Experience and IT to ensure seamless onboarding
• Monitor workplace satisfaction through feedback loops

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in facilities, workplace operations, or corporate real estate
• At least 5 years in a leadership role
• Strong knowledge of building systems, workplace safety, and vendor management
• Experience managing multi-site operations and budgets
• Excellent project management and communication skills
• Ability to travel quarterly
