Lead Global Apparel Product Line Manager, Signature Basketball

Responsibilities

• Lead the apparel product vision for signature athletes and key basketball styles
• Partner daily with Design, Development, Merchandising, Sports Marketing, and Brand to bring product concepts to life
• Collaborate with external athlete teams to translate authentic insights into compelling product narratives
• Lead product creation from concept through execution, ensuring alignment on timelines, goals, and deliverables
• Build and manage line plans while driving seasonal strategies across assigned categories
• Align internal and external stakeholders through clear communication and strong relationship building
• Monitor marketplace trends and consumer insights to inform future opportunities
• Drive progress across high-visibility apparel lines, ensuring product excellence and on-time delivery

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in product management, merchandising, or consumer-related roles
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Product Development, or a related field
• Demonstrated knowledge of the apparel marketplace and culture
• Proven ability to manage an apparel category end-to-end and drive multi-season strategy
• Experience leading complex, high-visibility product lines with global reach
• Deep understanding of the end-to-end product creation process
• Advanced business acumen including line planning and retail math
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 30%
