Lead Generation Specialist

We provide regulated, multi-currency solutions to enable clients to structure, move, and deploy capital across jurisdictions with speed and control.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research to identify potential clients and decision-makers across international markets
• Perform daily cold calling to prospects to generate qualified leads
• Qualify leads based on defined criteria for the sales team
• Generate leads via digital channels, LinkedIn, databases, and market intelligence platforms
• Coordinate with the Global Sales team on targeted outreach strategies
• Maintain and update lead information in the CRM system
• Develop strategies to improve lead conversion rates
• Collaborate with marketing on campaigns, webinars, and content initiatives
• Produce regular reports on performance and market feedback

Requirements

• Minimum 10+2 qualification; bachelor's degree preferred
• 2–4 years of experience in lead generation or business development within financial services
• Proven experience with high-volume cold calling and prospecting
• Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills
• Proficiency with HubSpot CRM and tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator or Cognism
• Ability to work independently
