Lead Generation Specialist

Responsibilities

• Conduct research to identify potential clients and decision-makers across international markets
• Perform daily high-volume cold calling to generate qualified leads
• Qualify leads based on defined criteria and transition them to the sales team
• Generate leads through digital channels, LinkedIn, databases, and market intelligence platforms
• Coordinate with the Global Sales team to develop targeted outreach and engagement strategies
• Maintain and update accurate lead information within the HubSpot CRM
• Collaborate with marketing teams to align lead generation with campaigns and content initiatives
• Produce regular reports on performance, conversion metrics, and market feedback

Requirements

• Minimum 10+2 qualification; a bachelor's degree is preferred
• 2–4 years of experience in lead generation, inside sales, or business development
• Experience within the financial services or global markets sector
• Proven comfort with high-volume cold calling and client prospecting
• Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills
• Proficiency with HubSpot and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
