Responsibilities

  • Prospect new customers through outbound calls
  • Communicate at a high level with senior executives
  • Perform upselling to existing customers
  • Collaborate with the Sales department to develop target lists and strategic approaches
  • Provide new business opportunities to the Sales team
  • Identify customer environments and present appropriate Box use cases
  • Prioritize opportunities and utilize internal resources effectively
  • Follow up quickly on marketing leads from digital campaigns, conferences, and seminars
  • Maintain target lists and customer databases

Requirements

  • Proven success in inside sales and lead qualification
  • Experience in prospecting, including cold calling
  • High-level non-face-to-face communication skills
  • Strong time management and organizational abilities
  • Experience using CRM (SFDC)
  • Business level Japanese proficiency is required

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with SaaS products
  • University degree
  • English language proficiency
