About the role

Responsibilities

  • Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn research
  • Conduct first-level conversations with prospects to qualify leads based on specific use cases
  • Set up and align meetings or product demos for the Sales and Account Management teams
  • Maintain aggressive and disciplined follow-up schedules with prospects for 45–60 days
  • Manage all outreach activities, call notes, and meeting details within Zoho CRM
  • Achieve weekly and monthly targets for meeting alignments and lead-to-meeting conversion ratios
  • Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams to share prospect insights and industry feedback

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in lead generation or inside sales
  • Proven experience in the SaaS, FinTech, or B2B industry
  • Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills
  • Demonstrated ability in cold calling and effective objection handling
  • Proficiency with CRM tools, preferably Zoho CRM
  • Strong research and prospecting abilities to identify key decision-makers
