Lead Functional Consultant - Dynamics 365 CE

Responsibilities

• Lead Dynamics 365 CE solution design and functional architecture discussions
• Conduct discovery workshops to gather business requirements and map processes
• Design and optimize end-to-end CRM business processes across Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, and Marketing
• Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, Power Platform solutions, and automation
• Drive the adoption of Microsoft Copilot and AI capabilities within the D365 ecosystem
• Define reporting strategies and design operational dashboards using Power BI
• Mentor junior consultants and ensure high-quality project delivery and governance
• Support pre-sales initiatives including solution demonstrations, estimations, and RFP responses

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE)
• Deep functional expertise in D365 Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, and Marketing
• Proficiency with Power Platform, including Power Automate and Power Apps
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot and AI capabilities in D365
• Strong skills in Power BI reporting and dashboard design
• Proven experience conducting customer workshops and requirement gathering
• Experience working within Agile delivery methodologies
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, or Marketing)
• Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate certification
• Knowledge of Azure integrations and the broader Microsoft ecosystem
• Experience leading global or enterprise-scale digital transformation programs
