Lead Full Stack Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Drive consistent, scalable branding and interaction patterns across a global portfolio of security products
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners through engineering standups, sprint planning, and design reviews
• Adopt agent-based and AI-assisted development tools to streamline workflows
• Own and evolve shared Front-End platforms, driving architecture and DevOps practices
• Maintain excellence in UI quality, WCAG 2.2 Level AA Accessibility, performance, and security
• Provide architectural leadership across UI and Back-End integration including APIs and authentication
• Set direction for next-generation UI architecture in Azure and AWS cloud environments
• Identify and reduce friction across build, review, testing, and release workflows

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in modern Front-End engineering (HTML5, CSS/SASS, React.js, TypeScript)
• Complementary full-stack experience in Back-End services and databases
• Strong foundation in computer science fundamentals, data structures, algorithms, and system design
• Experience implementing client-side security best practices
• Proven ownership of shared systems and long-term architectural decisions
• Strong collaboration and mentorship skills within global teams
• High competence in verbal and written communication

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in data security focused environments
• Experience using AI/ML and NLP to support intelligent product experiences
• DevOps experience with CI/CD, Docker, and Kubernetes
• Experience with code quality and security tools like JFrog Xray and SonarQube
