Lead Full Stack Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design and build the Agentic App Builder platform, including services, APIs, and developer tools.
• Develop intuitive frontend experiences using React and TypeScript to make the platform accessible.
• Embed AI/LLM capabilities into the platform to enable agentic application development and intelligent automation.
• Ship continuously through CI/CD pipelines with a focus on observability, resilience, and reliability.
• Collaborate with product owners and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and align on integration patterns.
• Mentor engineers and lead technical initiatives to establish engineering standards for the platform.

Requirements

• 8+ years of software engineering experience with a track record of building platform-level systems.
• Deep proficiency in at least two of the following: Python, Java, Ruby, or Node.js.
• Strong frontend skills in React and TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience with AWS services and operating in multi-tenant environments.
• Proven experience with Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) and Test-Driven Development (TDD).
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building agentic developer platforms, internal tooling, or low-code/app builder systems.
• Domain knowledge in MarTech or AdTech (DSPs, bid stream processing, or data-intensive platforms).
• Familiarity with data stores such as MySQL, Snowflake, Aerospike, DynamoDB, or S3.
• Experience designing plugin architectures, SDKs, or extensible platform systems.
