Lead Full Stack Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions using no-code, low-code, and advanced platforms
• Translate business needs into scalable applications that enhance products, workflows, and decision-making
• Lead the design, coding, and testing of high-quality software solutions
• Coordinate and supervise daily technical activities to ensure adherence to quality standards
• Evaluate new tools, techniques, and strategies to drive organizational efficiency and innovation

Requirements

• B.E. in Computer Engineering or an equivalent degree from a reputed institution
• 9+ years of software lifecycle experience, with a specific focus on Identity and Access Management (IAM)
• 4+ years of hands-on experience implementing IAM with cloud providers
• Strong proficiency in Core Java, Spring, and Spring Boot
• Hands-on experience with React, NodeJs, and other modern UI frameworks
• Experience with Kubernetes and automated codeable deployments
• Deep understanding of authentication standards including JWT and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
• Experience with NoSQL databases, specifically Cassandra
• Familiarity with AWS services, Lambda, and containerization
• Knowledge of DevOps tools such as Jenkins, Docker, and GitHub

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with IAM solutions such as CyberArk, ForgeRock, Okta, or Ping Identity
• Proficiency with middleware technologies like Kafka
• Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban)
• Knowledge of build tools like Maven or Gradle
