Lead Full Stack Engineer (.NET)

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of software engineers in maintaining and upgrading React and .NET systems
• Define key results, set team objectives, and provide technical expertise and mentorship
• Conduct performance evaluations and regular check-ins
• Develop and communicate technical roadmaps to leadership
• Collaborate with Product Management and Production teams to scope and prioritize projects
• Integrate systems with multi-functional teams

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional software development experience at an enterprise level
• 3+ years of experience leading an engineering team of 4+ people
• Expertise in modern .NET, TypeScript, and React
• Knowledge of web security protocols
• Experience with automated quality assurance and test frameworks
• Proficiency with source control platforms and shared code management
• Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies
• Ability to facilitate communication with global teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Next.js or Node.js
• Understanding of accessibility standards and guidelines
• Experience supporting high traffic websites
• Experience building applications using micro frontend architectures
• Passion for video games and familiarity with Rockstar Games titles
