Lead Full Stack Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable enterprise-grade applications using React JS and Node JS
• Drive technical architecture discussions and ensure alignment with enterprise engineering standards
• Build responsive, reusable, and high-performance frontend applications using TypeScript and React
• Develop scalable RESTful APIs and backend services with a focus on reliability and security
• Mentor and guide developers on architecture, design patterns, and modern engineering practices
• Lead code reviews, enforce coding standards, and drive CI/CD implementation and automation
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, and DevOps to drive successful project delivery
• Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate technical solutions to leadership teams

Requirements

• 10+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Expertise in React JS, Node JS, and TypeScript
• Proficiency with modern frontend tools including Redux, Tailwind CSS, or Material UI
• Strong experience with backend development, NoSQL databases, and asynchronous programming
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the Banking, Financial Services, or Retail domains
• Practical experience with GraphQL
• Exposure to Generative AI (GenAI) integrations or AI-driven application development
• Knowledge of event-driven architecture, Kafka, and microservices
