Lead Fulfillment Operations

Responsibilities

• Direct workflow as established by the Shift or Department Manager
• Identify operational barriers and seek effective resolutions
• Support the orientation and training of new associates (Rookies)
• Work closely with associates to ensure daily performance and production goals are met
• Advocate for associates and manage department operations to meet shift targets

Requirements

• 1 year of warehouse experience preferred
• Experience leading a team or department in a professional or volunteer setting
• Ability to oversee and support 25-30 workers
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to operate computerized scanning equipment and PC-based programs
• Ability to stand for 8-10 hours per day and walk up to 10 miles daily
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs frequently
• Ability to work flexible schedules and overtime in a fast-paced warehouse environment
