Lead Fulfillment Operations

Responsibilities

• Direct workflow as established by the Shift or Department Manager
• Oversee and support a team of 10–30 workers to ensure daily production goals are met
• Identify operational barriers and seek effective resolutions
• Support the orientation and training of new hires (Rookies)
• Partner closely with team members to ensure success in daily performance
• Adhere to the Fanatics Code of Conduct and Core Values

Requirements

• Proven ability to communicate effectively and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in operating computerized scanning equipment and PC-based programs
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Physical ability to stand for 8–10 hours per day
• Physical ability to lift up to 25 lbs frequently
• Ability to walk up to 10 miles daily
