Lead - FP&A

Responsibilities

• Drive monthly revenue closure processes and ensure timely and accurate reporting
• Own coordination of monthly cost closure activities across functions
• Prepare and review monthly P&L reports, highlighting key business drivers, risks, and variances
• Lead variance analysis and communicate actionable insights to leadership
• Own KPI reporting, management dashboards, and business performance scorecards
• Drive monthly and quarterly business reviews
• Partner with Accounting teams to ensure accuracy of financial reporting
• Lead reporting automation initiatives to improve efficiency and scalability
• Manage ad-hoc financial analysis and business case evaluations
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and AOP exercises
• Identify process improvement opportunities and establish reporting best practices

Requirements

• CA / MBA (Finance) with 5–8 years of experience in FP&A or Business Finance
• Strong understanding of P&L management, revenue reporting, and forecasting
• Proven experience in month-end close processes and variance analysis
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
• Experience with dashboarding tools such as Power BI
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to drive automation and process improvements
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
