Lead FP&A Analyst

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive FP&A support to commercial sales teams, including financial analysis, sales forecasting, and performance reporting
• Lead the development of analytical FP&A tools using PowerBI and Tableau to automate data flows and create KPI dashboards
• Maintain and evolve financial and commercial operating dashboards using Excel, Power BI, and SAP Analytics Cloud
• Analyze flash, actual, budget, and forecast information submitted by sales operations and handle consolidation reporting
• Create insightful reports and presentations for senior executives to influence strategic decision-making
• Provide financial leadership for business development initiatives, including financial modeling and due diligence for growth opportunities
• Collaborate with the accounting team during the monthly close process to ensure accurate financial recording and analysis
• Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial, finance, management, and global tax teams

Requirements

• 7+ years of finance experience
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field with a quantitative orientation
• Strong financial modeling skills and high proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
• Solid understanding of accounting guidelines (IFRS)
• Ability to analyze large datasets and draw meaningful, actionable conclusions
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
• Experience in ERP systems (e.g., Oracle) or FinTech/FX industries is a plus

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA degree
• Experience with PowerBI, Tableau, or SAP Analytics Cloud
