Lead Footwear Developer

Responsibilities

• Lead technical development for new silhouettes across Adult and Kids categories
• Convert design concepts into commercial reality through tech-packing, prototyping, and sampling
• Partner with material and tooling teams to implement new compounds and textiles
• Oversee fit and wear testing protocols to optimize comfort and durability
• Collaborate with Design, Product Management, Sourcing, and Tier 1 factory partners
• Optimize construction methods for mass production scale

Requirements

• 7+ years of footwear development experience
• Proven track record of launching complex, performance-driven lifestyle or athletic products
• Experience working directly with overseas commercialization centers and factories
• Ability to manage the end-to-end technical lifecycle as an individual contributor
• Experience in kids' footwear development is a plus
