Lead Flight Test Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead campaign execution across all platforms, including range management, NOTAMs, EASA operating permits, logistics, hazardous goods transport, and crew planning
• Manage three sub-tracks: Operations Manager, Coordinator, and Field Ops Crew
• Act as the primary interface for WTD 61, WTD 91, TDW Range, customer program offices, and host-nation authorities for deployments in Kenya, Ukraine, and Sweden
• Oversee the operational transition between Inert-Flight, Static-Fire, and End-to-End Live-Fire campaign phases

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Flight Test, military aviation, or Aerospace Operations
• 3+ years of experience in team leadership
• Demonstrated responsibility for multi-week field campaigns on military or restricted ranges
• Proven project management experience
• Fluency in German and English (C1+ level)
• Ability to obtain and maintain necessary security clearances

Preferred Qualifications

• Former Bundeswehr experience
• ADR / IATA DGR certification
