Lead Financial Planning LatAm

Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning for the LatAm territory, specifically managing the Nike Digital business including owned and 3rd party platforms.
• Partner with cross-functional teams such as Merchandising, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Controlling to drive profitable growth.
• Manage financial forecasts, annual budgeting, periodic deliverables, and long-term growth plans.
• Provide critical financial insights by interpreting results, trends, risks, and opportunities to drive actionable decisions.
• Collaborate with the PHK Finance team in Beaverton, OR to ensure seamless integration across global plans.
• Conduct robust risk and opportunity assessments to maximize the effectiveness of financial levers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in finance, financial analysis, strategic planning, or budgeting.
• Proven experience in the retail or consumer products industry.
• Strong financial modeling skills and the ability to manage large, complex datasets.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence senior leadership.
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
